Refund Policy

Our commitment

If we can't deliver what was agreed, we make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Guest posts and link building

• If we cannot publish a link you have paid for, you get a full refund for that link.
• If a published link is removed within 6 months, we replace it with a link of similar quality free of charge.
• Refunds are not available once a link is live and indexed, as the work is complete.

Content writing

Each piece includes two rounds of revisions. If the final draft still misses the agreed brief, we rewrite it or refund that piece before publication.

Web development

Projects are paid by milestones. Approved milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel during a milestone, we refund the unworked portion of it.

SEO and ads management

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has started, but you can cancel future months with 30 days' notice. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms and cannot be refunded by us.

How to request a refund

Email nadeemonlin@gmail.com with your order details. We reply within 2 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 working days.
