Agreement

By ordering services from LinkNexa or using this website, you agree to these terms. Individual proposals may include extra terms, which take priority where they differ.

Services

We provide SEO, link building, guest posting, content writing, web development and paid advertising management as described in your proposal or order, using methods that follow search engine and ad platform guidelines.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, target URLs and anchor text.
• Give us the access needed to complete the work.
• Make sure your website, products and ads comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

No guaranteed rankings

Search engines and ad platforms control their own algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, but we do guarantee the agreed deliverables and honest reporting.

Link placements

Website metrics such as DR, DA and traffic are confirmed at the time of order. Third-party metrics can change after placement, which is outside our control. Removed links are covered by the replacement terms in our Refund Policy.

Payments

Link building and fixed-price projects are paid upfront or by agreed milestones. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform by the client.

Ownership

After full payment you own the content, designs and code we create for you. We may reuse general know-how, tools and non-client-specific components.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in the three months before the claim.
